This direct information includes but is not limited to names, age, identity numbers, passport and traffic register numbers for officials, address information, company information, contact details, and banking details when processing refunds. This information is provided by the bidder by interacting directly with our website.

We also collect non-identifiable information automatically (or in an indirect manner) in order for our online sales platforms to work, such as cookies and your IP information. You can choose to accept or decline cookies, but this may prevent you from making full use of our systems.

  • Create legal Tax Invoices on successful bidding
  • Process any refunds due to you
